• Strictly non-returnable after delivery for safety reasons.

2. Non-Food Products
• Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs (signature required)
• Returnable within 5 days if:
✓ Unused with original packaging/tags
✓ Return shipping prepaid by customer
✓ Refund issued after inspection
3. Pricing & Product Availability
- Prices and menu items may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to:
✔ Limit quantities per customer
✔ Discontinue products temporarily/permanently
✔ Adjust service areas based on demand
4. Local Reading Orders
✓ Pickup: Schedule this via our email with your order number
✓ Same-Day Delivery: Uber Dispatch (Order by 12pm )
5. Shipping Schedule
UK-Wide Shipping
• Food Orders: Shipped Mondays & Thursdays only via ParcelForce 24hr (to ensure freshness).
• Non-Food Items: Dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail.
• Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout (no hidden charges).
Important Notes:
• Frozen items require signature on delivery (for food safety).
• Delivery dates are estimated once parcels are with Shipping partners.
• Missed deliveries will follow our Shipping Partners’s redelivery process.
